Luis’s classes are Jivamukti style yoga with a focus both on breath and alignment. His classes include Sanskrit chanting as well as a compliation of eclectic songs that he plays throughout. He guides you through a very strong flow allowing you to find your way but also ensuring you are challenging yourself. His classes end with a deep relaxation and you leave feeling like you’ve done more than you thought you were capable of doing. Luis is a fab teacher and you’ll have fun in a class with him.

1 piece of yoga advice | practice, practice, practise- repetition forces the magic to rise. Also it’s not all about asana- chanting, meditation, pranayama and study of ancient texts is also yoga practice.
Life mantra | inhale let, exhale go.
Favourite place in London to do yoga | anywhere with my teacher.
Desert island food | roasted almonds and cashew nuts, I live on them- oh and I cannot start the day without a strong almond milk latte.
1 song | at the moment loving the demo of Someone To Watch Over Me by my all- time favourite Amy Winehouse.
